Right in the heart of downtown Atlanta, GA, sits this contemporary hotel !! It has 52 floors and is an amazing site to see from the lobby area ...looking straight up !! There are multitudes of leading lines you can admire as it takes you up to the top !!
The building was designed by Atlanta architect John C. Portman, Jr. with construction completed in 1985, and because of its bulging base, it is often referred to as the "Pregnant Building". One of the defining features of the Marriott Marquis is its large atrium!! Elegant and so beautiful to just sit and stay awhile !!
